Joris Braat has held an architectural office in Greece since 2006. He has been realising residential and commercial projects in Greece since then. From the very beginning he has adopted the design & build formula. From 2016 and onwards his office is located in Kalamata. He has been responsible for the design and construction of over 30 residential projects in the Messinia area.

For his clients, he tries to be the central coordinator of all the disciplines involved which are needed to realise their home from A to Z. This often means acquiring the appropriate land, finding the right legal services, providing the architectural design, having responsibility of the construction phase and the maintance of the property.
